International negotiations under the UN Convention on Biological Diversity may impact science as we know, particularly in biodiversity-related fields. We investigate the feasibility of such negotiations from a service provider perspective. 

Making diverse biodiversity data available and usable in the long term – that is the joint goal of a strong network of more than 50 institutions across Germany.
